Hi… Who is the legal owner of the picture that was created in Canva? you or Canva?
Are you referring to the logo? Generally speaking, if you’re the creator of an original design on Canva, you’re also its copyright holder.
@@DebtToDollars the original design only can be created by painter and he does not need Canva for this… but if I am using all Canva tools, fonts and templates are you sure I have copyright not Canva? I am asking because now people started face with AI generated pictures, logo about legal rights and some of them are not happy coz they used free AI to generate the pic and now they are not the copyright owner but AI only… Canva has almost the same offer to us… generate pic from ready templates… free using of AI not giving you the full legal rights but only through paid subscription… how about Canva?

Amazing video! Quick question. If I want to start a course online, would I trademark the name of my course or would I trademark the logo that I made for the course? Hi! I have created an account and verified my identity, but I do not have the ability to go to the application to make a trademark (the trademark beta). Is there a step I am missing?
There is no beta anymore, the site application has been finalized. Just go to the site and click the apply to register button. If it keeps bringing you back to the ID section, just log out and log back in.

they removed teas plus now it costs 350 per class only
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I see they made this change on the 18th…
On January 18, 2025, the USPTO eliminated the current “TEAS Plus” ($250/class) application. The USPTO will now charge applicants a single “base application” (minimum) fee of $350 per class of goods and services. The application workflow remains the same, but I wanted to inform you of this price hike sadly.
Thanks for the update! Yes, everything matches what you mentioned. I’d just like to point out one thing: in the owner information section, you listed your personal name. However, if the trademark is owned by your LLC, then the owner should be the LLC itself—not an individual.

do not do not go to trademark falcon…the us patent office has a lot of complaints including mine of them doing shady dumb ish which makes the application fail in mostly all their applications!!!!

So my band and I wanna trademark our band name and we have a logo with it. Would the logo trademark option be the right one or would I have to purchase both options?
