At just 19, Keida transformed a heartfelt birthday gift into a million-dollar embroidery empire called Soulmate Customs. What started with a simple embroidered outline of her and her mom has exploded into a phenomenon that's caught the attention of Access Hollywood and social media worldwide.

Starting with just one $300 embroidery machine and a Shopify store, Keida hit the remarkable milestone of $1M in revenue within her first 11 months without spending a dime on advertising. Her unique embroidery designs and authentic social media presence struck a chord with customers looking for personalized, meaningful gifts.

Though music was her first dream, entrepreneurship ran in her blood. Growing up watching her parents build their businesses taught her invaluable lessons that she would later apply to her own company. Her curiosity and hands-on involvement in her parents' business dealings laid the foundation for her success with Soulmate Customs.

In this episode, discover how this young founder scaled her embroidery from a beginner’s concept into a multi-seven-figure business in just three years. Learn her organic marketing strategies, how she reinvested profits to fuel growth, and why staying true to her creative vision helped her build a loyal customer base in the competitive embroidery industry.

    1. If you have a bunch of ideas that could make profit, but don’t know how to build things or get the idea off paper and need people to help WHAT DO YOU DO?!?! Hopefully in a way that someone doesn’t STEAL the idea.

    2. @@sirnicholibraden86 We would suggest to validate your ideas first, then protect it with NDAs or provisional patents. Find skilled partners through startup communities, LinkedIn, or incubators. Hope it helps 😉

    3. @UpFlip  You can patent something with just an explanation of how it would work? No drawings or prototypes required? I can’t even draw up a blue print as I’m not a builder or planner, lol. I just know how it would work theoretically and could explain it to a builder who could work out materials and dimensions etc.

    4. @@sirnicholibraden86 You can absolutely file a patent with just a detailed written description of how it works! No drawings or prototypes are required, but a well-explained concept is key. The more details you can provide about the functionality, the better. A patent attorney or agent can help refine your description and, if needed, work with a professional to create technical drawings. You can find someone on UpWork to do that for you!

  1. She said the best part was the beginning. Most people don’t enjoy the beginning and just want to get to the success part. That’s what holds people back from great success. She had the passion and if you don’t have that, you won’t be successful with your journey

  2. Love that she shared her “museum wall of failure’ and that you included it. Her honesty and vulnerability to the public gives others hope and encouragement, in every area of life. THAT’S her gift. ❤

    1. LOL this must be her friend commenting or a paid ally. No human being with business and common sense can say something this un-educated and dilutional.

  3. When she said she has parents that are business owners and she was an actress/singer it all made sense….😅

    1. @@heyitsbroski right meaning her saying “anyone can do it” is true but “anyone can do it and be successful” is bs. she has so many advantages.

    2. @@strangerdaysss I was instantly able to see the “actress” and corporate-like correct responses to his questions. But anyone truly can do what she’s doing.

    3. @@heyitsbroski Yes. She has parents who already know how to make her business work and she probably already had followers on social media. Like just born into connections lol Nothing wrong with that but it’s not just something everyone can do if they wanted to.

  4. Reason for her success is that she creatively used her acting to make videos with realistic emotions.

    1. Her mom sounds like she had a lot to do with it also. Cant be angry she was blessed but least she was honest

    2. EVERYTHING is sold through manipulating your emotions. Think about it. Don’t hate the game.

  5. This young girl is a great example of what having HEALTHY parents can do for you in life ❤

    1. facts….silver spoon. none of any of this video is a positive educational aspect. She was given a silver spoon. Helped by wealthy parents. She said she spends $150k-$250k a month on over head marketing, etc…but she found out best way of marketing is free with picking up her phone and doing organic marketing? Why spend so much money now on marketing and over head when you already found out that the best way was organic marketing? come on! what a pathetic way of using UpFlip Platform to get free marketing…..your a disgrace to society…. You work 24 hours a day? no meetings or lunch no breaks? no meetings with any department until 12pm or after lunch? LMAO

    2. I agree and the opposite is true too. Unhealthy ones can destroy your life. I had parents who did not care a thing about me, im surprised i even made it through this rollercoaster, but i am now 55 and still trying to deal with it all. But Jesus saved me and helped me through it all. THANK GOD!

  6. A business birthed from love and honoring her mother! That’s remarkable and beautiful. Praise God!!!

    1. Nothing authentic about a rich girl acting like she started from the bottom 🤡

  7. That girl is so impressive!! Many blessings to you and your family. Stay blessed.

  8. the things you could achieve when you have rich, supportive, business owning parents, is nothing short of amazing!!!

    1. @@Faux.pbut it’s true the resources definitely helps but most definitely blessings to her and her mom this motivational

    2. With all comments about Parents as a reason for her success.
While parents are important, the responsibilities are always on the adult “child” considering 18 is an adult.

Example Leila Hormozi – toxic parents served as a catalyst for her making $100mm in her 20th.
      Its just one example.
Bottom line don’t put responsibility for one’s success or lack of it on anyone other than the person. if you are broke its your fault. You are the only one responsible for your results

  9. I love how she has everything made in-house and not simply dropshipped from overseas. She’s not just creating success, but also creating jobs locally. It’s incredibly amazing how much social media can change lives by reaching wider audiences.

  10. Its 44 minutes interview, and its amazing how smooth and interesting it was the whole time…
Both you were super crisp and so wonderfully you managed the flow…awesome

  11. she had a great idea, she moved fast, she had a great business partner, mentor, mother, she figured it out. what an inspiration

  12. She has a good family. I’ve watched so many Kitchen Nightmare episodes of failing family restaurants because the family doesn’t get along, or the mom is controlling, or the dad is stubborn. She is blessed. They were able to create a profitable sustainable business, and they all love each other.

    1. It’s a simple newgen idea that helps a lot. She does the operations, parents help with the real business. No overlap. Perfect combination. Let me get my kids interested in arts in the era of AI.

  13. I’ve been following her from the very beginning — she had around 3,000 followers or so. It’s absolutely mind-blowing to see how much her business has grown since then! Congratulations 🥂

  14. Keida is wise beyond her years! Her parents did right by her ! Congrats on the company and all the blessings to come !
