so if a business is having 30 calls a day then in the month end they do need to pay for the llm, tts & stt so should i tell the exact per minute charge & let’s say $499 as a monthly retainer fees for this entire system to run or what will be the easiest offering I can give to client to get maximum out of it.

You could offer a base monthly rate that covers setup, support, and a certain number of calls or minutes included — like what you’re thinking with $499 — then charge extra if they go over. That keeps it simple for the client and profitable for you.
