Agree, I find its a difficult balance. Now I just visit and bounce because the algo is so smart it will keep you there all day if you let it!

As a single mom my advice throw the word “balance” out the door🤣 it’s not a thing , and you’ll only feel worse thinking you can’t find balance. I keep going and pray ALOT , and have faith this is all for a purpose 😂
