  4. When I face a problem I think about how the solution could look like & feel – I create an internal image of what the solution would look & feel like…& than I let inspired guidance in form of Actionsteps flow to me …as soon as I receive this actionstep I act on it until it is done focusing on a feeling of the challenge overcome..- that’s how I did it until now and I am grateful for this process. Yet I expect better results that are in alignment with my vision and that requires more precise thinking & less procrastination . So I am deeply grateful for the practical & clear thinking process lined out here.. Thank you Brian !

  5. You have always been my favorite teacher of all time! Ever since those TPN days years ago. You still are! I love the way you break things down into understandable, implementable, bite-sized pieces! Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge, experience and wisdom! Still love your smile too! (:

  6. I try to have the problem clear in my head, and then “think about it” during one day, or days. Many solution will appear ,and at certain point, I’ll say “that’s it!”. Thank you Brian Tracy

  7. Thank you Brian! Everyday im watching you. I learned so many things from you!

  8. Brian, I’ve been following your teachings for the past 25 years. Your advice of writing things down, especially goals and problems that need solving, has helped me immensely during this time. Thank you!

    1. 25yrs that great!. Can u share how better u became after these lessons for 26yrs.

  9. Touch your inner space, which is nothingness manifestation.guide as silent and empty as the sky; it is your inner sky. Once you settle down in your inner sky, you have come home, and a great maturity arises in your actions, in your behavior. Then whatever you do has grace in it. Then whatever you do is a poetry in itself. You live poetry; your walking becomes dancing, your silence becomes music

  10. The problem tree strategy is my favourite problem solving technique. It helps me see the problem clearly, causes and effects, since the problem is visually represented.

    1. Can you please elaborate more on how it works? I’d be happy to learn. Thanks in advance

    2. @@etorty_dev it”s easy. As always simple things are the best. You write all possible causes of the problem in the root of the tree. Then you write effects on the branches of the tree. This helps me clarify the situation.

    3. @@sandravujadinovic1607 Okay. Can you share a link to photos or screenshots of examples you’ve done? As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words 🙏😀

    4. @@etorty_dev I am not sure it would be useful for you since I use it in my classroom in the Serbian language.
Try to search for critical thinking techniques and methods instead.

  11. Brian tracy is a very good teacher. I’ve been following his work since 2002 .

  12. I used to follow a method similar to your listed video, except for listing of caues of my perceived problem. After listening, i began to write my biggest dilemmas, adding that element on the note section of my Iphone. The setbacks and difficulites that happened to my LLC, the financial and personal relationship difficulties during the COVID shut down really set me back and hurt my motivation, self confidence and willingness to try. Your video gave me hope again and an new element to begin using a full throttle effort, thank you for posting. The turn around begins today.

  13. The process I use is this- 1- what is the problem?, 2 is the problem tangible or intangible?, 3 The problem is the effect what is the cause?, 4 what system is the problem in,5 Have i The available data? 6 Study the system 7- locate fault 8- perform repair 9- test the system 10 is it fixed ,if not what is the problem?

  14. 1.define the problem clearly
2.all the causes and all possible solution
    3.take responsbility and set deadline
    4.take action

  15. There is a reason for everything. There is nothing you can not know or understand clearly. Everything you consider a problem has a solution. This is the beauty of life!

  16. You make my problem a thrilling task. I really feel a deep appreciation towards you .Thank you sir.

  17. TY for these reminders. I think problem clarity is the most important step. I have to ask myself “Why?” at least 5 times before I can begin to understand what’s going on with an issue I’m facing. My natural tendency is to want to blast through this step and get to implementing a resolution. But it’s better if I slow down and write down all my thoughts on the problem while asking myself, “why is this happening?”,”why isn’t this happening?”, “what am I not seeing?”, “what is the noise blocking my view?”.

I’m in a new leadership role and the first thing that happened to me was people giving me a laundry list of their concerns. Everyone wanted solutions TODAY to problems that have been around for quite a while unbeknownst to me. I had to tell people, “Woah! Slow down. Let’s discuss this concern.” Without judgement, I listened carefully to what they had to say and wrote down the key themes. I then took a giant piece of poster paper and drew out what was going on. At each problem listed, I asked the questions of “why?”. Then I took a step back and let my mind wander thinking about the ideal solution to the problems in front of me. What would my ideal answer to these problems look like? Which problem needed to be solved first and in which order? Who could I reach out to with knowledge and expertise to help me? What things could I alone fix and which things were beyond my capabilities? And what things were actually small issues made overwhelmingly big because they sat for too long? Until. gain clarity, I don’t make any decisions. And I don’t let people pressure me to get there. I pressure myself with my own timetable based upon the demands I know are coming. It’s remarkable how this works. Once I start thinking through a problem, the universe sends me the help I need to find possible solutions. And I don’t believe this is by coincidence.

TY again for this short video filled with great info. And thank you for reminding me that the first step in problem solving is to have a positive attitude that I will find a solution that works for me. Positivity is the key! 😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

  18. Great insight! Thanks for sharing. I would suggest few additional steps.

    1. Gather data. Do this during finding how big is the problem. What is the impact. This will help see things in perspective.

    2. In finding root cause, research, who else is facing this problem and how are they solving it. How successful was methods used by others to solve the problem.

    3. Measure the success of your solution. Gather data. Check if problem is completely solved, if yes gather data.

    4. Be sure to check once problem is solved what needs to be done to avoid reoccurring of the problem. Any actions needed implement that too.
