  1. The purple set lighting and gold /brown with the slides. Love the translation of live to a content video. Plus the lesson – top notch.

people buy feelings not products… makes so much sense

  3. Such a great talk Chris! Super engaging and in obsessed with the presentation slides, obsessed with your design (brand).

  4. I’m watching this at 3 AM from the other side of the world, and it’s genuinely one of the best videos I’ve seen on YouTube. I can’t believe more people aren’t watching this! 🥀

  5. I watched this while I was running on a treadmill this morning. Amazing value offering. Thanks Chris!

    1. @@thefuturdid the homework and researched my competitors websites and instagram to see what I can do different. Thanks again!

  6. WOW that’s so powerful! I’m telling my friends / viewers / readers to embrace their ‘quirky’ all the time! The world would be so boring if we were all the same, right?! Love this!! x

  7. This talk hit deep, at the right time in my career and life. I appreciate the message and the energy, and love in the performance. Thank you Chris! and the Futur!

  8. I am one that fully believes in branding, however what I don’t believe in is building these enormous tribes full of people who will never buy from you.

What’s important to notice in this climate is that there are people who are
    ✔️content creators
✔️there are people who are influencers
✔️there are people who are people of influence
    and
✔️then there are businesses who are building for longevity thriving legacy sustainability.

And those people are building differently.

Those people look at branding differently.

I’ve worked with several Brands who have tons of followers but are unable to convert clients and people who have gone viral who didn’t see the needle change in their money.

I think every business should focus on branding but understanding what they’re doing it for.

  9. Love these Chris & Jodie convos!

I think a lot of people don’t think they are normal in the sense of “if people knew this about me then _____” or “why is my life not like his/hers” or “______ doesn’t happen to anyone else.” When in reality everyone has and is going through stuff in life.

Now, normal in the sense of are they out of the ordinary or divergent from typical, I would say most people are very average. Probably due to them trying to fit in. Comfort. Familial/societal expectations.

    1. @@thefuturwrong video haha I must’ve mixed them up when I I was seeing your response to my message on this one! 🙂

  10. Thankyou ! I’m a stay at home mom and I can’t make it to creator hub this week ! This is refreshing

  11. I don’t save a lot of videos, but I was quick to save this one! Need to rewatch to make sure all of these gems register 🤯 So good!

  12. I can tell you put a lot of work behind this presentation, and it shows. You held attention the entire way through. Well done, Chris!

  13. This was such a refreshing reset. I feel the call to dive deeper into my own world and truly uncover my distinct voice. Your insights were powerful! Loved the end quote.

  14. Incredible presentation, thank you Chris. You blow my mind every time I watch one of your videos!

  15. This video is like talking to me. This is like what I needed to hear at this point in my life. Just lost my job that I’ve worked for 7 years as a UXUI Designer, I’m in my 40s, I’m at a loss, and I’m thinking what’s next for me. I feel I have always lived on the “safe” side. Maybe it’s time to be different.

    1. Sending hugs, and it’s time to get visible, Dj! Excited for your new journeyy

  16. Thank you for this great presentation! Our poor egos worked so hard trying to keep us blended in and safe… but “safe is risky.” I grew up in Japan with red hair and freckles, wishing I were invisible. I should’ve been rockin’ my weirdness 😊. Now the challenge is helping my nervous system feel that it’s okay to be different and be fully seen.

  17. This is really spoke to me because of my current situation. I’ve been rethinking my life and where I’m at in my design career /personal brand. I’ve always known I’m different and odd even with my work. I started working more on my own art and trying different creations that I was too reserved on trying. Your presentation and everything you said really spoke to me letting me know Im on the right path cuz I’m not comfortable but its starting to give me more to keep doing. Thank you!
