Here is my Garmin dezl otr700 review. the Garmin dezl OTR 700 is the best trucker GPS in my opinion. The Garmin Dezl is a trucker's best friend and this review will show you why. You can find more information on Amazon

The Garmin Dezl OTR700 truck GPS is an all-in-one truck GPS solution. It features nearly every function of a commercial trucking device, including the preloaded US and Canada Trucking Maps designed for over-the-road drivers. Expert reviews say that the Garmin Dezl OTR700 is easy to use, has great traffic avoidance capabilities, and can easily handle heavy loads.

    1. I see people are still losing their tops. I remember the first time driving in NYC, I didn’t have one, and I drove right into a parkway with an 11-foot bridge. It took me an hour to back out of there, in New York traffic. It was nerve-wracking 😃

    2. Thank you. Does it have an option to connect your ELD to Garmin so it can plan out your route plan so it’s HOS compliant?

    3. @HT03  It does, but you’ll have to buy a separate attachment to plug into the truck. It’s a one time payment thing.

  1. I drive a roll-off truck and have had many whoopsies with g maps hammer and others…… I just ordered my dezl otr700 today……great review btw.

  2. I got one of them maybe like 3 days ago and I love it.. works better than the gps my job has is use lol

  3. Great video thanks for the help I just picked this up today for 349.99 on sale from 399.99

  4. got mine at lowes truck stop with coupon better price then garmin or amazin by far

  5. I just learned about a week ago that Google maps has the option to enter manually, turn by turn directions. So for those of you that don’t have the money to purchase such a fine piece of equipment as the Garmin Dezel , perhaps with the right amount of research, a cheaper way could be available.
But I’m not calling the Garmin Dezel a bad investment. I believe that it is a fine investment

    1. I’ve heard someone say you can put it in truck mode, but I’ve never done it. I don’t how accurate it would be.

    1. @@Chinese080808 The bigger the better. When you’re in heavy traffic or in big cities like NYC, you only have a split second to look and make a decision. 🙂

  6. Man! Thanks for the advice. Never knew about that. It does help because in the long run you will always keep you from hitting off roof. I once hit a tree going through a neighborhood but that little corner that busted a small hole in the corner was costing the company 5k to fix. But just imagine hitting a bridge and having yourself have to fix your own truck. So would be the most important device to have

    1. I remember going into NYC without one. I ended going into a parkway and the first bridge was 11 ft, I had to back out in NYC traffic. I had to back out sideways on a hill, it was brutal 🙂

    2. @@ninovigil2254 It’s all good, I went and bought a Garmin dezl right after, and all was good 😁

  7. Great video, this will help me in my new upcoming job as a motor coach driver. 👍

  8. I got mine for free on loves with my diesel points, but yes if you are going to buy it cash, it’s always to buy it somewhere else, safe travels

  9. Not all truck stops stores are rip off. I saved $100 from regular price and was better than Amazon.

    1. @@MrGentlefriend, Loves is where I got mine. Near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

  10. I used Google for years for my truck routing. You just need to take the extra step of verifying the route before you go.
