Thanks as always for the informative videos! Would love if you would do a video about packaging, especially any resources on finding a company to package your jewelry for you as you scale. My business is taking off and it’s unsustainable for my partner and I to package our jewelry into our branded jewelry boxes/bags, pick and pack into shipping boxes then ship out everything ourselves. Seems like there are resources for very small scale/just starting out, and for companies doing large numbers of sales; but not so much for when you’re inbetween and growing.

Can you tell me why the hell your packages are not going stolen ? Where are you from and what delivery services you’re using ? I’m just wonderi how delivery boys don’t steal gold jewellery? And how do you guys manage returns ?

I just went to a gem expo and only one person there had moissanite loose amongst many other top quality natural and lab stones. He said there is a shortage of it due to the hype that’s building around it. We negotiated and he rang up the whole tray for me! I’m just holding for now.

I have an eBay store with 100% Positive Feedback from about 80 different customers. I have all different types of items for sale also… my questions are
1. Do you think I have enough Feedback on eBay to start this jewelry business?
2. Is it okay when 1st starting to have other items for sale besides jewelry?
3. Is it better to start this jewelry business on etsy rather than ebay?
And 4. Should I still have a website if I start it on ebay or etsy and if so can I somehow advertise my 100% Positive Feedback from ebay onto my website?

U better be careful. The irs doesn’t consider those numbers a ‘side hustle’ my mans. Speaking from experience. Be careful where and how u advertise if thats the case.
