I've always wanted a home library. In fact, when we bought the house we live in now, I knew exactly which room I was going to make into my home library. I've had these four bookshelves for a while now, but lately, they've been messy and overstuffed. Now I also have a toddler running around, who is tall enough to pull books off the shelf. With that said, it felt like now was the perfect time to give these bookshelves a little makeover. Join me as I re-organize my bookshelves and create a toddler craft and reading area as well! Because we can't forget to make a little space for the cutie as well! After a lot of debate, I also decided to create a rainbow bookshelf because why not?

Let me know what you think of the finished shelves! And if you try out Everand, make sure to use my link here: https://everand.pxf.io/YRn1Lm
I color-code my shelves, too!
It’s so fun to look at that way?
And I have great quality metal pegboard I got from Amazon! I’d go there to replace that one.
I wish I had done that originally! If it break more I’m replacing it!
tip for finding books. google to see what color the cover is FIRST, then look for it. Looks beautiful!
Haha I’ve already had to do that once since I finished filming
Frankly, I can’t imagine a worse way to organise than by colour.
Love that! You’re so good at that! For your daughter, she’d love to take out different squares of felt, faux fur, empty containers, cotton balls.
Looks nice! 😊👍🏽
I love the idea of this.
As a homeschool mom of 3 boys, the toddler years were horrible for keeping them occupied. I found that creating “Busy” boxes out of those clearish shoe containers, gave us the most chunks of time. We did one that was bead threading with pipe cleaners, another was just a bunch of “junk” that my youngest could cut up. Everything from paper to ribbon and string. Stacking toys and little manipulative are fun too. Maybe a set of magnetic paper dolls. I’m assuming that as a working SAHM, you’re always looking for tips to occupy her time while you get in some writing and vlogging, etc.
Anyway, Love the books and hopefully you can use some of my unasked for suggestions!
Thanks so much! We haven’t gotten into busy boxes yet, but plan to when she gets a little older! She got a bunch of stickers recently and my oh my has that entertained her for hours this weekend!
I know this is off-topic for this video but I have a question about PoDs. Every PoD I have checked into either cost too much to sign up and/or set up a book; doesn’t do the printing needed ie; paperback novels or children’s books; has ridiculous costs for shipping; doesn’t integrate with Shopify or requires a minimum order meaning I buy the books, have to worry about inventory and then have to worry about shipping them out for each order – defeats a major part of the reason for PoD. I have only found one, Book Vault that comes close to meeting the needs of someone looking for a PoD to do everything after they get the order but they take too long and the shipping kills the appeal of buying online for the customer. Any ideas or suggestions? From anyone.
