If you're trying to build a GoHighLevel agency, this episode is one you don't want to miss.

I sat down with Kai Stone, who grew his HighLevel agency to $470K/month in recurring revenue by keeping things ridiculously simple. Instead of chasing complicated offers, Kai focused on one thing: selling websites to home service businesses and using GoHighLevel to make those websites actually generate more leads and more customers.

We get into why beginners struggle to sell SaaS, how to stop pitching features and start selling outcomes, why a simple website offer beats trying to sell every GoHighLevel feature at once, and the exact strategy Kai used to turn a low-ticket offer into a business doing nearly half a million dollars a month.

One of my favorite parts of the conversation is when Kai explains the simple VSL strategy that completely changed his business. After dozens of no-shows, he started sending prospects a short video before every sales call. Instead of spending an hour convincing people to buy, prospects showed up already understanding the offer and many were ready to get started within minutes. It's one of those ideas that's almost too simple, but it works.

We also talk about pricing, recurring revenue, building sticky offers that clients don't want to leave, avoiding beginner mistakes, creating your first offer without case studies, handling objections, cold calling, and why action always beats overplanning.

Whether you're trying to land your first client or scale your agency to six or seven figures, there's a lot in this conversation you can take and apply immediately.

    1. Kai watched my channel on his come up so I get full credit for the Kai Stone case study 🔥😂

    2. @eriksundstrom9503same! He is a legend and is the reason I am now reworking my offer entirely!

  2. I don’t sell go high level, I own my own tech startup and holy sh*t. There are some brilliant concepts in here.

    1. Do not get fooled this is mostly all bs. Instead if you want to be certain contact their HL legal department in regards to this and you will be in awe. The math does not add up, he is selling you vapor in a jar.

    2. Same. All custom work. GHL is bloated. As a programmer does not feel good using somebody else’s product.

    3. @JoeStuart-w8ethis is not a dump on GHL it’s the fact that this kid living in his mom’s house is selling you a false story, a lie, vapor in a jar. Contact the legal dependent of GHL and ask for clarification on his “agency” claims.

  3. Great video! So many points that were spot on. That part about looking back really resonated as a guy that’s retirement age. I can truly say i tried and failed at several things over the years but i would have wondered what could have been if i didn’t try. Fast forward to today and two agencies and about to have a 3rd and part owner in another company. Thanks to Ai i feel like I’m 25 again just starting a career.

    1. Love this comment. I’m 56 and trying to figure this out. Can you offer a tip on where to start?

    2. Same. I am 44 and AI is giving me a perspective. I just signed a 30K per year contract with my previous boss and hopefully will get contracts with all his friends, too.

    3. @rickblackledge8948start with the MAN IN THE MIRROR. He could be your biggest motivator or your biggest enemy.

    4. @rickblackledge8948same actually I can make ghl products with ai but why ? Ghl has it all. And it has brand recognition. I started a few days ago because people are making money ! Why reinvent the wheel ?

  4. The simplest offer that solves a real problem will usually beat the clever one every time.

  5. Most scalable businesses are built by mastering the boring fundamentals before adding complexity.

  6. This was incredibly valuble and couldn’t have come at a better time. I have my own web design business and also now my own SAAS that I in the early stages with selling. The things Kai is sharing are so powerful. Im already using loom at little bit in my business but Kai’s approach is next level. So many insights. I’ll be watching this twice to fully take it all in. Thank you guys 👌

  7. High Level does sell directly to businesses these days. Have done so for couple years, around when they reached 50K community in FB they started it.

    1. The advantage benefited the small business owner is discussed clearly in the interview. Next?…

  8. Best pod you dropped yet by far. Your questions were amazing. Shoutout Kai for dropping game

  9. Yeah I’m over my 2k marketing offers haha ready to dive in the smaller line up that can change their business just as much!

  10. This video gets me pumped. I am working on a project that could end up like this. Makes me wanna rush home after work to work on it.

  11. Excellent tips here – dont overwhelm the client and focus on the outcomes for the client. The talk on what he does on the Zoom calls – I am so excited I use a webinar sales platform that I can have the person sign up ON the call – no need to share screen as I can share the direct link to the sales page, have them sign the contract whilst on the call and I could have my demo video loaded up rather than just emailing it or texting it to them – just play the video that sits inside the webinar sales platform – AND its decentralised so its waaayyyyy more secure and private than Zoom. Looking forward to putting these tips into action.

  12. This is SUPER tactical. Thanks a ton for recording and being candid. Implementing the VSL as we speak.

  13. THIS IS GOLD! You helped me figure out a bottle neck in the first 15 minutes!!! WHOA!!!!!! OMG!
