  1. So proud of you you definitely inspired me I was goin to join the military quit but after I fail my exam before I had quit for 2 months now I’m back to smoke ever since and everything you say I experience everything you said god bless your soul this video is the best video on YouTube today ?

  2. Thank you so much for this video bro. I used to struggle with addiction for years. The way you described all the emotions is so real bro. The doubt and questions and fear are so hard. I’m praying this video finds the right people. It blessed me today and was a reminder to never go back. I’m 4 years clean now. Praying for you man! Keep it up!

  3. This is me Jordan. Still fighting that battle. Been smoking since I was little. It’s all I know. But I’ll keep fighting because I feel the same way this video does, I want to stop but I keep coming back to the tree. It’s hard to let go of something that’s been a part of you for so long. Much love. Thanks for making me feel like I’m not alone in this.

    1. Remember it’s like groundhog season every time you smoke weed you recycle the same day over and over and never move forward really with any kind of goals or dreams. You are okay with being bored instead ?

  4. I feel way better since quitting, like you said the mental clarity and sleep feels amazing now. I do get cravings but after 2 weeks I feel like you’ll start to be able to challenge those cravings a lot harder cause you don’t want to fall back into it and lose what you’re gaining from sobriety

  5. This made me tear up. I’ve been struggling to quit for years. I just started school and it’s been such a distraction to me. Makes me emotional and discouraged when I feel so strongly about stopping, but never do…

  6. Mad respect for posting such a transparent video bro. I know this one has been on your mind for a long time. I once saw you tweet “weed has taken away so many men’s full potential.” In that moment I knew you had smoked and you were getting over it, knew it was a matter of time until you spoke about it publicly. You are right though, the ability to maximize your potential when sober is unmatched. ❤

  7. Thank you for this video. I’m literally dealing with this habit right now. This video will further motivate me on my path, and I hope other business owners, entrepreneurs, influencers are successful with breaking away from any habits, that are keeping them back from their Level up.

  8. The Jamaica trip set you back in your journey. Glad to hear you were able to overcome It.
Did your family not support you, or did you not express to them that you wanted to quit?

  9. thank you for this man. i have been and am still struggling with this cycle. my channel has been going crazy and my life has changed drastically, but I’ve only made a fraction of the progress because of this weed addiction. everything you said has described my journey to a T. thank you for being vulnerable and posting this, along with all the other inspiration. hope to meet at VidSummit if you go!

  10. I am so grateful for this video and that you made your struggles public. I am now stopping with the weed aswell and your struggles.. it makes the stopping more attainable and I thank you for that <3

    1. Well for some people it’s actually needed it’s healthier than putting someone on the medication I should know personally.

  11. Really hit home for me. I’ve been smoking for 8+ years and for a while now I’ve been at that stage you mentioned where I know I want to stop. My family all smoke and its completely normalized in my house. I’ve tried to quit multiple times but always end up back in bed, smoking and watching TV like nothing happened.
It feels like it’s almost a part of myself at this point. When I try and quit, day to day life almost feels alien to me. I get easily frustrated with everything, my anxiety seems to get turned up to 11 and all I can think about is smoking.
This video has made me look at quitting a little bit differently as all the things you spoke about felt very familiar. I think I’m gonna give quitting another go very soon as it seems to have really positively affected your life and your headspace. I’ve never managed to make it out of that first month of quitting so that’s something I’ll aim for this time around.
Thank you for making the video, it’s good knowing that these aren’t things that only I’m experiencing.

  12. Thanks for this man. I live in Miami right now. My company has been sub 500k for the last 3 years. Truthfully know I need to quit but haven’t sacked up. This video is being dropped at the perfect time. Thanks Jordan

  13. Jordan, I haven’t gone past a minute and fifty three seconds of the video and I have to stop and write this, right now. I commend you bro. First and foremost. What you have done, with that revelation in your last vid and now this one… this takes not only empathy, next-level awareness, literal kindness, and not just bravery but freaking BALLS. Pause. You did it bro. What most people with your level of platform and audience, your age, won’t do. You fuggin did it. It’s called, the truth. Reality. Most of my friends can’t see what you and I see. How it actually hinders you. How quitting is fuggin wonderful. How it IS POSSIBLE TO LIVE WITHOUT IT. It ain’t easy, but it’s so doable. I have followed your rise to who you are today, and I’m sure you’ve got some badass mentor who’s already said it but I wanna say it now, it’s my fuggin turn! I’m proud of you Jordan. You did the right thing, the number one thing that all of these current and future generations needed to hear from someone they trust, someone who is relatable, and “cool”. The rappers don’t do it, or at least not the most popular. Bron or Messi ain’t coming out with a PSA. You had to do it. And this video will live for a long fuggin time. Keep up the great work. Superb content. All of it. You beat the game bro…. ????? -9years sober going on 10 and never imagined I’d be here.

*to those that want to quit. Write down all the reasons why. Make it your phone background image. Delete your plug’s numbers COMPLETELY OUT your phone. Smoke it all up and the next day, go 24 hours without it. (Chamomile tea if you can’t sleep) The next day hit the gym. The next day, celebrate with some green fuggin tea! You did three days mf! Go for 1 week and keep “celebrating” with green tea. Keep hitting the gym. Tea, gym. Water. Tea, gym, water. Congratulations you went a week. And now, you don’t even crave it. Now you can sleep. Now you can think clearer. But it’s only just begun. Keep hitting that gym, and keep drinking the fuggin tea. And pat yourself on the back bro, you’re the fuggin boss of your own body, and mind. You are in control now. Don’t let go of the wheel now… drive. ????❤️?

    1. you’re awesome bro thanks for taking the time to write this comment & your tips are truly amazing this is pretty much exactly what I did to get it done. Congrats on almost 10 years brother for real im proud of you, god bless best of luck with what you do

  14. So I wanted to go to this whole video before giving an opinion very proud of you for quit smoking and reasoning behind it. There are alot of ppl who need to quit due to their coping mechanisms and addictive personality. Some of us need to quit more to do habit. I think the biggest thing I could take from this video is recognizing the patterns through developing do to your habits and once you tackle the reason why you’re doing these habits everything else will become clear. I’ve smoked weed since I was fourteen and I meant yeah I could have been more productive but that was more of a mental thing versus having marijuana in my system. I never allowed it to control me and I won’t start now. One day I’m going to take my tbreak and see how I feel.
