These are “public utility” websites so thats what makes them in high demand. They supply very basic needs that never go out of fashion.

I just discovered your channel and it’s pretty good. I believe your calculations and RPM rate estimate may be off but who wouldn’t mind a few hundred or a thousand extra dollars a month for no additional effort. Thanks for the ideas!
A beautiful website made for the eyes of a designer and not the actual client is the most common mistakes I see haha. and Boring B2B business website, they are disgusting, but old school manufacturing buyers love them haha

I like how all these channels that teach people how to get rich, still have to beg for likes and make 1000s of video’s on different methods that make over 100$/hour. It’s like in the gold rush, when the sellers of shovels made the most money.
yes this is very true with every other business, like i see a trader who is wanting to help everyone on earth to make money in stock market with this training course selling for cheap. If someone is really so successful in making money doing trading why on earth would he waste his precious time teaching the whole earth how to make money.
@@manjunathreddy492I mean if you can generate a GREAT passive income, why not? Selling courses online can make tons of money, esp when you only need to film once, then the money will flow in forever. There are lots of ppl willing to pay good amount of money to learn about getting rich. Just like what the vid said, it’s a problem that will never go out of demand.

Reminds me of the guy that made a million dollar homepage just selling pixels for ads.
These are matured authority sites in their own niche. It is highly unlikely a beginner can reach this level of income unless they found a evergreen niche that no one touched before and wait for decades to grow the organic traffic.
So what’s the best way for us beginners to do it?
@@peter-5354 just start, find your niche that its not so popular at first you will be redeem, like 10 a month then the 6 month maybe 100 the next year 1000 a year

Those are VERY useful websites. I often check metric measures against USA measures for recipes. Typing test is recommended in all the websites for transcription work. Spreadsheets and typing are fun! PDF documents are very common, so converting from another file type is very useful.
The trick is not what they offer but how they rank on Google.
