I posted this exact same comment on your last video. Dropshipping is not as easy as it seems. It can take a long time before you actually start earning money. Remember: if it is as easy as it seems on a video, then it means the person making the video is either using you for their own cashflow (youtube earnings), making money off of their affiliates, or trying to sell a course.
Yes it is possible to earn money online, but it takes time. It’s not easy, it can get you depressed, you can lose money when starting.
my frame of reference:
started last year febuary, was unprofitable and losing money untill september (around 8kEUROS) started doing better and now im doing on average 1.5k to 3.0k revenue per day with 500 to 1000 profit.
Did you start out on the free shopify sign up like he mentioned? Is he not talking about the money you have to invest. How were you 8k down? I don’t want that to happen.
Exactly. SO many videos talk about dropshipping and say it’s easy for beginners, little to no money to start… couldn’t be further from the truth. First thing , if you setup a shopify store, even the free trial, anything you dropship that’s not a digital product, is going to cost you out of pocket upfront because with new Vendor accounts like stripe, etc, they will always hold your money for 2 weeks before they give it to you. So you need a credit card or some kind of cash, especially if you were to get lucky and have a product take off, becuase you will have to buy the product first and then wait for the money to be released to you.
The next thing is, it takes a long time and consistent action to get traffic. can’t throw up one tiktok video and get millions of dollars. These guys that make videos on dropshipping, absolutely spend thousands of dollars on ads to get the results they show you in the video, or they pay for shoutouts, or they have an account on tiktok with 100,000 followeres. That’s another thing, with tiktok, you can’t even link to your dropshipping store unless you have 1,000 followers or create a business account.
Dropshipping is not “easy” or “beginner friendly” at all…. if you have a job and want to start learning how to dropship in your spare time and have some money to invest, great. Most people who are looking for these kind of videos or opportunities are in a bind and need cash and quickly… this is not the way.

Then i was like how can someone with a lot of money spend his time to teach people something for free?. I wish you can make a video about it i can watch it over and over maybe that’s where I can start

Dropshipping is a good way to make money if you treat it as a business lmao. Most of these kids put minimum effort into it and don’t try then give up in a week
