THE NEXT LEADER of the 10X EMPIRE –

Sabrina has been shadowing me a lot lately seeing the ins and outs of all of my businesses. When I asked her why she wanted to be a part of all these meetings and day to day stuff, she told me she needs to have some real life knowledge on how the business operates for the day she will take over.

This is how I knew she would be the one to carry Cardone Enterprises into the future.

Get ready guys! She is going to take this empire where I couldn't.

post in comments if I should leave her the watch.

  1. Mr Grant. You must be so proud sir. Congratulations you raised a leader.

  2. Its extremely beautiful to see this public, a dad teaching his kid. Amazing looking for more.

  3. The lessons he’s teaching her she won’t be getting it from a college degree. These are life lessons we don’t learn in school. What a good role model parent Grant Cardone is. Thank you for sharing this episode. Sabrina is one smart kid.

    1. @@CP1960Brilliant Just what I was thinking Great looking ‘little’ thing Xx

  4. Man as a father of a 3 year old and a 2nd on the way. Nothing absolutely nothing would make me more proud, to see my kids this young exited about taking over my legacy and bringing it to new heights. Just from the intro alone I had a huge smile, this girl grew up right in front of me, I’ve been following Grant for 7yrs and it’s amazing to see this little cute girl growing up to be a beautiful young woman. Talking about driving, future boyfriend and taking over the business… Absolutely one of the greatest content I’ve seen online. Not necessarily because of what was said in it, but what it symbolize… That in itself makes it one of the greatest online content I’ve ever seen. 🙌🏿

    1. I know you meant this as a compliment, but there’s nothing Little about this Young Lady. She’s a HUGE being who is already, at her age of 15, entertaining BIG games!!

    2. @@actorpoet53 I was referring to 7yrs ago when I first saw it. By all unit of measure she was little.

    3. @@actorpoet53 She was raised that way, if you’re taught from a very young age and also included in many of these things that Grant spoke about, would make sense for her to already have a good hang of it.

    4. worst advice that could ever exist, YOUR CHILDS ARE NOT YOUR SECOND CHANCE FOR YOUR MEDIOCRE GOALS let them have their own dream

  5. I’m sorry, but this is the sweetest thing on the internet! 🥰🥰🥰 I’m a father of 5, and this tugs at my papa heart. So awesome to see this, Grant!

    1. I totally understand. I’m a mom of 4. This makes my heart so happy to see her so confident, smart.❤

    2. Me too bro. I have four sons and four daughters and I’m so inspired.

  6. How wonderful you are to your daughter…this is not the norm now days. You are a great example as a parent. I’m in total agreement with you! Your daughter needs to know that she is blessed and that her parents are unique. Do not take your Mom and Dad for granted ever. So many wish they had parents like you have!

  7. The dynamic Between You and your daughter is great Mr. Cardone, and it’s pretty wholesome.

No cringe, No acting, No Sappy BS, just pure connection.

Anybody who hates you, Should See this podcast.

  8. She brings the best out of you Grant. Well done, you’ve raised an amazing young lady.

  9. Whatever i think of Grant as a business person… what he accomplished with his family is phenomenal.

  10. 59 minutes proving why good strong fathers are needed in a child’s life

    1. @@jesusrivera9709 GOOD STRONG FATHERS. My father was not a rich man but he produced 6 highly successful disciplined children. I know rich fathers with a WEAK parenting style who ended up with messed up children

    2. @@jesusrivera9709 no strong fathers people have rich parents and they still don’t end up right same for poor or rich

    3. I’m lost in what you mean by this. Is this like a sarcastic point, or like you really mean this because 59 min mark is the end there is nothing 😂

  11. My Goodness!!! Sabrina is so gorgeous! Inside and Out. She really is your Beautiful Baby Girl Grant. I truly thank you for bringing her up with such values and such nobility and humility yet, so confident and strong in everything she says. I am in love with how amazing you both interact. This is the best time spent.

  12. I cannot imagine this young lady in another household with less than opportunity for her. She was born into the right family, 100%. I remember seeing on TV, two boys born on same day, same hospital. One Mom single, dirt poor and the other more well to do. The boys were switched at birth. The rich boy looked more refined but was brought up with zero opportunity and I tell you what, the other boy wouldn’t trade his life to be with his birth mother after given the chance. This scenario really affected both in equal and very opposite ways. Grant and Sabrina Cardone have a very special dynamic. Sabrina is truly one in 10 million.

  13. As a father of two elementary school girls, this interview just inspired me even more to make sure to teach them creative insight as well as business savvy and to groom them for legacy beyond me. Great job Grant and Elana! She is a sharp young lady and Cardone Enterprise is in great hands!

  14. Can see the emotion in Grant’s eyes when he was talking about his parents & picturing Sabrina meeting them. Say what you want about GC , but that dude is an inspiration & one hell of a parent. 🙏

  15. This is the greatest interview he’s done. He turns the “dog” off and is just human and genuine. Great conversation. She’s grown so much in the time she’s been on this channel.

  16. Sabrina is a great host and podcaster!
The demeanour of an adult but the curiousness of a child.
    Look forward to more episodes!

  17. My daughter is 7 months old. I have 2 older sons, 13 and 16. And to see the connection the two of you have brings tears to my eyes just watching you talking about Sabrina’s goals.

  18. Sabrina is brilliant… I’m pretty blown she’s only 14. So articulate, communicates so well, and a thinker. Also her interview skills. MIND BLOWN.

    1. Most children would grow to be intelligent of their parents weren’t idiots. It doesn’t take having special kids.

    2. I can’t believe she’s just 14 ;-she appears way more mature in her years ;-something like 21 or more ;-so articulated ,/;-very intelligent Wonderful

    3. @@robertmerrylees2546 21? You must be kidding me.

I lived with women that are 25 and act like they are 10. I’m 28 now… male.
