  1. I’ve got a favour to ask! If you enjoy this, please double check that you’ve liked the video and subscribed to the channel! Thats a small way you can help us carry on doing this ❤️🙏🏾 really appreciate you!

    1. I think you should be grateful you have a high percentage of viewers who are not subscribed. It means you are constantly reaching new members. A better ask is to request new viewers to subscribe to continue to enable a wider reach for the information you provide. I enjoy these shows and hope for more people to see them.

    2. SV-40 it it’s not our lifestyle. It used to be rare like he said. Someone in the 1930’s smoking yeah and it’s lifestyle sure ..

    3. Subscribed and liked always trail blazing blessing from Australia 🇦🇺 I would like to mention that a few weeks ago on a podcast sorry don’t remember which one that a plane full of Drs. That had diagnosed cancer but the plane was sabotaged and they all were killed!!!???…I identify as a conspiracy theorist, my pro nouns are I told you so…

    4. I have done it !!! yes more people who watch should subscribe , its a way of saying thank yo for the good quality content !!!!!!

    5. Check out dr jack kruse, his perspective on this is also really interesting, if true it’s REALITY SHIFTING

  2. This man is 78 years old and is so well spoken and sharp, clearly he must be doing something right. An inspiration.

    1. Darius said a man doesn’t become a man until he’s 100. Humans used to live hundreds even thousands of years. Clearly something is VERY wrong with all of us.

    2. You should meet more older folk. Many are just as articulate and intelligent. Hope your parents are.

    3. I have Youtube video of a 126 year talking sharp, standing erect (6’1″) and actually running with 20 year olds. He is still alive and well. Name is Dharampal Singh Gujjar Gudha. Lives in India. His secret: very little simple vegetarian food, runs a few miles every day (even at this age), have no use for industrial chemicals in the form of commercial toothpaste, soaps and pharmaceuticals, drinks raw cow milk (from his own farm). His 99 year old healthy/active wife cooks for him. He is disease-free and active. He lost no hair (they are white but no receding hairline). He was a competitive runner all life who won medals from many international and national races.

  3. I’m on my 3rd cancer and 3rd oncologist and I have learned more in this hour than the last 10 years from my doctors 🤦🏻‍♀️

    1. People are quick to dismiss “Youtube” as a place of learning. While it’s true there are some very crazy and wacky channels, there are also very many legitimate doctors and scientists and good podcast platforms like this one where we can learn that “conventional” diets are so processed and carb heavy our bodies just don’t know what to do with it. Hand in hand with the pharmaceutical industry, the big companies that control our food and health have profit as the number one priority.

  4. My younger (42 y/o) brother was diagnosed on Feb 2024 with stage 2 liver cancer (22 cm); given 9 months to live. he cut all sugar, processed foods, all alcohol, gluten, carbs as much as possible, started exercising; taking soursop leaves tea; 15k IUs of vit D daily, 400mg magnesium daily, lower stress as much as possible; started his chemo therapy….4 months later: 97% reduction of cancer cells…Doctors only comment: “keep doing what you are doing”; He should be in national television!!! He just came back from 2 weeks vacation from Hawaii. It is criminal what the food, medical, and pharmaceutical industry are doing. So many people could be saved. But now all the truth is coming to light. Cheers!

    1. If this is all true, you guys should definitely try to get that story out there! Somebody would definitely publish it!

  5. I’ve had a brain tumour for 14 years now, I have lived much longer than the 3 months I was given at diagnosis. I did not get any treatment as I was declared terminal at diagnosis. They don’t treat you if your close to death because they don’t want you to die under treatment as it causes problems for the treating doctor. I started my journey with calorie reduction, I cut all sugars out of my diet, I am now methionine restricting and eating only once a day. Still here and I believe I’ll still be here well into the future.

    1. I wish you all the best. If you are restricting methionine you are mainly plant based right?

    2. I applaud you for trusting your inner voice and searching for your own treatment rather than blindly trusting “doctors”

    3. Are you meant to cut out fruit aswell. My
Mother has brain cancer. And we’re focusing on diet but there is so much to take in. We don’t know we’re to start.

    4. Anaplastic astrocytoma 2/3

Coming up to a decade and these days i wouldnt listen to a single word that comes out of a drs mouth their death machines

I lost my entire family, parents are both nurses, sisters believe my parents, they would rather i die, its the most evil part of the whole situation 😔

  6. My dad got recently diagnosed with cancer. He started noticing different worrying symptoms during the past months, and after running tissue tests they found he indeed had cancer, but in an early stage. He researched very thoroughly about how cancer works and found out it cannot survive easily on ketones, so he started off with several days of fasting, followed with a very strict keto diet. He ate lots of butter, meat and fat, vegetables, but rejected anything containing simple or complex sugars. He lost a lot of muscle mass and fat, but when the next tests runned to determine the treatment, they found no cancer. The doctors were very confused, as these tests are very accurate and cancer doesn’t go away just like that, but surprisingly they didn’t ask him what he did to cure himself. It did take a toll on his weight and muscle mass, but at what cost? He starved off cancer and now appreciates having the opportunity to live.

    1. My uncle too! Back like 50 years ago he was diagnosed with cancer. But previous to that he studied Chinese medicine so he knew a bit of natural healing and he immediately restricted his sugars among other things. But he is in his 70s now still cancer free. He still maintains a very healthy diet.

    2. @@tick_tack amazing could you share some more of his story and what things he eat and daily routine please many thanks y

    3. I did same along with some laproscopy and am like a toothpick but cancer free and looking forward to getting snowed in to stuff my face with only healthy food of course.

  7. My Husband Stage 4 prostate Cancer metastasis to pelvis, spine, kidney, femur, and lymph nodes and thyroid. He followed the metabolic diet, fasted, and did a lot of natural treatments . He has been cancer free for 2 years !!

    1. What other natural treatments did he have? I would like to see him post some studies on pubmed if he is dealing with actual science.

    2. I’m so happy for you that your husband is still here with you and cancer free! 🙏🏼🎉😊

  8. This is one of the best hosts I have ever seen. He doesn’t interrupt and ask insightful questions. What an amazing interview!

    1. Steven Bartlett is a brilliant host and never disappoints with the thoughtful, thorough, well researched questions he asks his guests and holds ample space for their input (unlike other podcast hosts I know who talk too much and drown out the potential insights from the guests)

    2. He’s absolutely brilliant, read or listen to his book, happy sexy millionaire it’s a masterpiece, life changing advice.

    3. He asked the same questions over and over. It’s like he can’t understand the information

  9. My wife has just been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and given a short prognosis. Watching this video and then seeing the comments of people who have survived has got me in tears that i might not have to lose her after all. Thank you to the doctor and all the people that have commented, the hope that you have given me is overwhelming.

    1. Friend with stage four breast CA did this protocol
Ca nurse begged her to write down what she did
The Dr. Initially was against this
She did chemo and radiation as well
      God bless you
      Hoping to hear another miracle

  10. You are brilliant.
    No interupting your guest
No talking too much, allowing your guest to speak and get information out there.
Super sensitive to knowing what your listeners don’t understand
Asking you guest very short questions which answers help your listeners get the most benefit from the podcast.
You are a master of podcast.
    Thank you.
Its a pleasure and a great experience listening to your podcasts.

    1. I listen to many podcasts and you are the best in the business at exactly what this listener described. Bravo!

    2. He also uses First-person pronouns to ask questions that would sound bad to use the second -person pronouns, for example he always asks “ what if I had cancer … “ and never asks “ what if you had cancer … “ , he is really well educated and thoughtful person!

    3. Thankful you are allowing us to hear from this professor of biology, genetics, and biochemistry at Boston College who is freely giving us info from his knowledge and experience. As a retired RN, I appreciate his openness in sharing from his knowledge base. Thankful for his contribution as he freely shares some positive results he’s seen in his years of experience working with cancer patient. 👍🏻

  11. I’m a retired pediatric oncology RN here in the U.S. I have been following Dr.Seyfried’s work for years. Thank you for interviewing him, we must help spread his work. We have used ketogenic diet in pediatrics to control siezures for decades in kids so we know how powerful it can be. Please help share this podcast widely.

    1. Trash advice. Other things (e.g.THC) can control “siezures” without cruelly starving children.

    2. Ayurvedic medicine and functional nutrition are integral to the death of cancer, diabetes and Dimentia

  12. I was diagnosed with Stage 3b rectal cancer in 2019. I selected some of the standard of care therapies but stopped it all after the first double course following surgery to salvage my immune system. It was a fight with the doctors. I stopped all added sugars cut carbs by 2/3, zeroed out any prepared foods and followed rigorous if selective supplements and excercised 1 12 hours a day on average. I wasn’t supposed to live but have passed year 5 and still going strong.

I have had an amazing quality of life since I took control of my choices and ignored the fear mongering from the medical professionals. I will bless every new moment I get.

Bless this wisdom and this doctor.

    1. Well done and hats off to you! For your own wisdom and knowing, and listening to/honoring same. It’s intense being met (in Doctors) with the looks, judgments, pressure (to conform with “standard of care”, the genetics belief system, etc) and opposing it – even with certain knowing that it is the right choice. To wit, my mother died with (not from, with) colon cancer (at 90 btw), and the PCPs look at me like I’m nuts (or at the least severely misguided) when I say to them (firmly, with utter certainty) “That has nothing to do with me.”

    2. @Darkfire Your story is inspirational. Hats off to you for standing your ground against the medical establishment and for fiercely doing the work to care for yourself. I can only imagine the sense of power that must give you. Thanks for sharing and may you continue to thrive.

  13. Dr Seyfreid is a living legend! He should be receiving a Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts! 👏

    1. That’s not gonna happen, they make too much money by putting poison into your veins to kill the cancer. I’ve lost too many loved ones to oncologists that refuse to look at alternatives. I’m so angry at the medical profession, my most recent loss could’ve been prevented. Had they told him to continue exercising and eating the right foods and not all these fucking carbs and mass produced hard-core processed proteins while they’re pumping him full of toxic chemicals. So angry, he wouldn’t listen to me because I don’t have a medical degree. Sorry, just need to vent. Love you all.

    2. Otto Warburg has got the Nobel in 1920s. And what? A century’s gone, and nothing changed.

  14. As an undergraduate in Physiology and Biochemistry, I’m truly grateful to everyone who made this video publicly available!

    1. @Candlesinthewoods I don’t have to worry then, haven’t eaten meat since the age of seven, many, many, moons ago!

    2. @@CandlesinthewoodsHe’s mentioned animals that are meat eaters are not getting cancers.

    3. @@stevencowdell5201this is more of a spiritual thing. I’m not religious. Don’t know much about Jesus. Never went to church but did go through an awakening. This spiritual journey lead me to plant base. Yes I had a God moment along with the guiding angels. I did look up the Old Testament just out of curiosity. It says we are not to eat the blood of an animal. Makes sense to me because I did have a spiritual experience with an animal and they have beautiful souls🙏🏻. Along with my dog of course.

  15. I have a cancer on my top lip for years that was getting bigger. I eat meat, vegetables and no junk food or food like pizza’s. In the last 16 months I have lost 15kgs and last week I notice it is a fraction of the size than last month. So, not eating junk food is working. I can’t exercise because of bronchiectasis, but do what I can. I’m also 80 years old .

    1. Lovely! This is the best metabolic knowledge around. Cancer doesn’t happen to you, you invite it. It is also only you who can evict it.

    2. You’re amazing, from a 72 (cancer treated) patient here, thank you for sharing!🙋‍♀️

    3. Good luck with your cancer! I have significantly reduced carbohydrates and cut out all added sugars! I have significantly reduced the amount of beer I consume (carbohydrates), I have eliminated All sweets

    4. NAC for Bronchiectasis

Bronchiectasis is a chronic condition where the airways are widened and mucus builds up, leading to recurrent infections and inflammation. NAC may help in several ways:
      1. Mucus Clearance
NAC breaks disulfide bonds in mucus proteins, making secretions thinner and easier to expectorate.
This can reduce mucus plugging — a key problem in bronchiectasis.
      2. Anti-inflammatory & Antioxidant Effects
Chronic inflammation and oxidative stress drive airway damage in bronchiectasis.
NAC raises glutathione levels, potentially protecting airway tissues and reducing flare-ups.
      3. Infection Control
By improving mucus clearance, NAC may reduce bacterial colonisation, which worsens bronchiectasis progression.

      How It’s Used
Oral NAC: Commonly 600 mg once or twice daily in chronic respiratory diseases.
Inhaled NAC: Delivers the drug directly to the airways — often better for mucus clearance but less widely available.

      Safety & Side Effects
Generally safe, but can cause GI upset (nausea, diarrhoea).
Inhaled NAC may cause bronchospasm in sensitive patients (sometimes given with a bronchodilator).
Should be used under respiratory specialist supervision if for bronchiectasis.

Summary: NAC is a promising supportive therapy in bronchiectasis. It helps thin mucus, supports antioxidant defences, and may reduce flare-ups.

    5. Hi,try water fasting for one day every week, you can add a pinch of celtic sea salt to a 1.5l bottle of water to minralize the water, its super helpfull, even just that one day adds up to 52 days per year, that cancer will die off, good luck and God bless

  16. As someone thriving after stage 4 cancer, it’s incredibly disheartening to see how hidden this life-saving information still is. I came across his work purely by chance over two years ago—and it changed everything. Metabolic Therapy gave me my life back 🙏🏼💪🏼. Deepest thanks for the amazing work you’re doing to shine a light on this path for others.

  17. Thank you for allowing this genius to talk without interrupting. Absolutely fascinating.

  18. This hits home for me-
My dtr age 31 had a blood cancer at 19 again at 30. My son had blood cancer at 26/27, soon to be 29 yrs old. They are currently free. Shared this video w them. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. Thank you to the guest for your commitment, dedication, work and to thank you interviewer

  19. I was a hospice NP. About 20 years ago I admitted a woman with advanced metastatic liver cancer who was given maybe 2 weeks to live. She was 79 pounds and had been eating the standard American diet. She had refused chemo and figured she would die. Her mother flew in, took one look at her daughter and threw away all sugar and carbs, putting her on literally meat mush with some well cooked green veggies. She made her drink only purified water and unsweetened green tea and rolled her wheelchair out into the sun every day. The patient was too sick to protest. Guess what? She started gaining weight, looked stronger and reported less pain. Two months later she had gained weight and was able to walk short distance. Over the next year she got up to 110 pounds, threw away her walker and wheelchair and went on a cruise. She was extremely strict about her diet, her sunshine, her love of Jesus. She finally did die after a rapid decline 4 and a half years later. But her metabolic treatment took her from deaths door to 4 years of good life.

  20. I’m a cancer survivor. I was diagnosed with gastric cancer. Firstly I had chemo, then surgery – which resulted in the stomach being removed. Then chemo again. It was horrendous – I lost half my body weight, my hair, calcium in my bones and teeth, vomiting etc etc. I was just celebrating that I had passed the 2 year cancer free mark, when a CT scan showed two nodules on my right lung. PET scan and biopsy showed that they were cancerous. Back to the operating theatre this April where the surgeon removed the bottom lobe of my right lung plus a scoop out of the top area. On the plus side, they were both different cancers and not related to my gastric cancer and were in the very, very early stages. No further treatment was needed, just close monitoring.
Having listened to this, I am now convinced to cut sugar out of my diet and to start the keto diet. Fingers crossed – thankyou ❤
