The speaker discusses four income streams that can be set up to make money while you sleep. These income streams are accessible to normal individuals and do not require any special expertise. The four income streams are:
1. Dividend Stocks: The speaker recommends investing in dividend-paying stocks, particularly those from established companies with a history of consistent dividend payouts. The process involves opening a brokerage account, selecting dividend-paying stocks, and receiving periodic dividend payments.
2. Passive Side Hustles: Building passive income streams through side hustles, such as selling courses, writing ebooks, starting a YouTube channel, or creating passive income through platforms like Skillshare or Etsy print on demand shops.
3. Real Estate Crowdsourcing: This involves investing in real estate projects online, such as through platforms like Fundrise, where investors can put their money into real estate properties without significant upfront capital or direct property management.
4. Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs): Investing in REITs, which are companies that own and operate income-producing real estate. Investors can buy shares of REITs on the stock market, and they receive regular dividend payments from the income generated by the underlying real estate.
Additionally, the speaker mentions affiliate marketing as a potential source of passive income. It involves promoting products or services and earning commissions for sales made through affiliate links.
The speaker emphasizes that these income streams can be started with relatively low overhead and minimal expertise, making them accessible to a broad audience. The goal is to have multiple income streams working simultaneously to generate passive income, allowing individuals to earn money even while they are not actively working.

I heard best pay is the 10 minute mark, so they always try to hit that with you engaged the whole time
You saved me almost 12 minutes of bs. Thank you
@Nizi no problem, good luck.
Yes Joshua I would love to see a detailed video on living off of dividends! Your videos are extremely educational and I hope listening to you will create some financial freedom for my family and I !
Apple currently pays .71% per share annual yield, paid out quarterly. Currently AAPL share price is $129.93 per share, so that works out to 92 cents per year per share, or 23 cents paid out quarterly per share. 100,000 shares would yield $92,000 per year, but the cost to buy those 100,000 shares of Apple stock is almost $13 million dollars! So if you’ve got $13 million to spare you can earn $92,000 per year in passive income.
You seem to have it goin’ on Josh! I am very interested in your ideas and look forward to watching and learning from you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I feel better entering this phase. I want to be able to do what I want to upon retiring and feel you can help! Again, thank you!

I wasn’t financially free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start today regardless your age, invest and change your future! Investing in the financial markets is a grand choice I made. Great job *EYEONSIGHT* Thanks for sharing! Very inspiring! I love this.
Could you possibly help me out?

Currently living in my car so I can save money on rent and be able to invest my money. You have inspired me to take risks and if someone like you can do it, then so can I. Its amazing when you have people like you inspiring us everyday to keep on going even after the breakdowns. I am willing to do whatever it takes, I am putting all of my trust into this and god. I am ready to make $10,000 a month and I am going to change the world by inspiring others just like you did to me. Thank you for your contribution to Society, you really changed my life. *EYEONSIGHT*
@a*pathetic* im not sure
Local Gym membership approx $25 a month will get you unlimited access to shower. That’s what my prior homeless uncle used to do when he lived in his car
@Mike Sevilla yes true, but like, all these airbnb is doing is making rent prices go up, everyone want to squiz the market
@Mike Sevilla that’s smart
I’m a VanLifer. I get it!
And as far as the shower question, for me:
Gym memberships. My dad is a trucker and has a ton of truck stop points for showers. I host classes at Air BnBs and the class ticket costs covers the Air BnB. I also do trusted Housesitters and I have a large network of colleagues and friends that I can shower at as well. Public state parks have outdoor showers. Some people use camping showers that hang from a tree and the sun warms the water.
I actually have a shower in my skoolie so that’s convenient. There’s really so many options!

This is truly incredible.
The returns are amazing

The members are sweet and inspiring. I will really love to invest here also, can please someone explain to me how I can start investing ? And as as a starter how much do you think I can start trading with , I meant the amount required for me to start before I can start earning also?
@Elliott David Initially I started with a low budget of $2000 , because I was scared that I might not be able to make profit from it , but after a week, when I got my first portfolio , I was encouraged more to invest more .
last week trade was Boom
Crypto trading is a guaranteed investment with huge returns. My trader is the most reliable in recent time. You just have to trust him with your investment, how about that ?
I’m so excited I made productive decisions about my finances that changed my life forever. I’m a single mother living in Miami Florida, bought my second house in December and hoping to retire next year at 50 if things keep going smoothly for me.,, Thanks for your mentorship ?
With this crash I’ll say it wont be too easy to pick the right stock, Jim Cramer said there are still huge opportunities despite the crash, and I overheard someone talk about making $250k from about $110k since the crash. How do I make these kind of returns Nate?
There are actually a lot of ways to make high yields in a crisis, but such trades are best done under the supervision of Financial advisor.
@Martiner Juhel That’s accurate, I’ve had a coach helping me for about a year, I started with less than $120,000, and I’m only $19,000 short of making a million dollars.
@Joshua Mayberry Impressive! can you share more info?
@Caro Amira You may find out more about Susan Lorraine Curry, a consultant I discovered thanks to a Newsweek article.
For salary earners having a passive source of income is the best thing you could have , because aside the the fact that it isn’t always enough you could lose your job any day at any time , have something to fall back to is crucial , for me it is trading the Forex and crypto market and no I didn’t have that much knowledge to begin to earn that’s why I said passive income, I leave the profit making to the experts like my trader Mr Kent white , who has been doing a wonderful job…
Via tel egram ⬇️
@Tradewithkent
Is his username
Is this not the same Mr Kent white, my neighbours are talking about, he must be a perfect expert for people to talk this good about him
I don’t know your neighbours, but he is really good at his job so I shouldn’t be shocked that a lot of people know him, his reputation precedes him.
Personally as a first time investor, I started trading with Mr Kent white With $1,000 now my portfolio is worth $5,400
I am so fortunate that I made productive decisions about my finances that changed my life forever. I am a single mum living in Melbourne Australia who bought my second home in September and is hoping to retire next year at 50 if things continue to go smoothly for me

Dividends are what got me into investing in the stock market. The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. Have over $600K in my portfolio as I bought a lot of dividend stocks before, I’m buying more now, and I will buy more when it drops further.
As a new investor it’s always great to hear from a person who has gone through all the difficult times and come ahead of it. It’s unnerving to see your portfolio go from green to red but as mentioned if you have invested in quality names just have to keep adding to them and stay the course.
@alex young I see any market condition as an opportunity. So far I’ve made north of $260k in raw profits from just Q3 of 2022 under the guidance of my Financial-Advisor “Eileen Ruth Sparks “. Am I selling? Absolutely not. I have purchased growth stocks too a little at a time over the past few weeks. I am going to sit back and observe how this all plays out.
@liam richard Please can you leave the info of your investment analyst here? I overheard someone talking about how a couple made $200k during this red season. I need such luck lol
@Ruth spense Eileen also manages my portfolio. you can easily look her up online
That’s awesome man! How old are you if don’t mind me asking? I’m currently 24 with about 22k in dividend stocks hoping to catch up to you!
Awesome productive and efficient video man! I’m 24 right now and hoping to be financially free by 35. I hate working for other people with a passion but unfortunately my car detailing business has a lot of competition in my area. I have about 22 in the stock market with about 18 of that being in dividend paying stocks. Recently I’ve been trying to find a higher paying job to to supplement more income into my portfolio. My parents are getting into real estate and hopefully I can buy my first investment property by the end of the year!
Stocks are falling and bond yields are rising, but markets still don’t seem convinced the Federal Reserve will pursue plans to keep increasing interest rates until inflation is under control. I’m still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $150,000 stock portfolio, what’s the best way to take advantage of this bear market?
Investing in stocks is a good idea, a good trading system would puts you through many days of success.
True, the US-Stock Market had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable, considering were not accustomed to such troubled markets, but as you mentioned there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look, l’ve netted over $850k in the past 10 months and it wasn’t some rocket-science strat. I applied , I just knew I needed a firm and reliable technique to navigate better in these times, so I hired a portfoilo advisor.
Thanks for this tip. Her website popped up on Google immediately I searched her up. I read her resume and it seems pretty. I wrote her and I’m waiting on her reply.
Giving all praise to this team for bringing my life back up when I thought everything was gone, you’ll forever be remembered

If God can use Mrs Shirley such wonderful lady to help me through financial situation for my wife’s life, what more can I say, Mrs Shirley is a blessing to humanity
I will choose Mrs Shirley Morals always for her great achievement is beyond human imagination
Some time past I was skeptical about trading bitcoin until I was introduced to Mrs Shirley morals and I must say I was impressed by her understanding and politeness
Protecting your capital is much more important than making money. Basically because if you lose your capital, making money is much harder. ”Missing the train” vs. ”losing your money”. There are a lot of trains, but if your money is gone, it’s over.
Nobody knows anything
You need to create your own process, manage risk
and stick to the plan, through thick or thin
While also continuously learning from mistakes and improving
I agree, that’s the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it’s near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invt-coach for over 2years+ and I’ve netted over 2.8million

“Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren’t well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol
@Billie Heeter Ury
