Paul you are THE MAN! I just did this for a local roofer, Im in Orlando area as well. GW roofing is at the top, its paid (sponsored), their site as NO CHAT! I built a quick site, edited it to their name in the title tag and chat, and Im assuming they now have a second site that takes those calls 24/7? Or the chat that we made, can we just take that, put it on their website (some how) since it has age/backlinks/ect and charge 100-1000k? You are amazing brother….I bought a few courses from you over the years, they were cheap and could have charged more, insane value,
