How I Had a Positive Postpartum Experience After Postpartum Depression

This is my last mom-related video, but I wanted to share some things that I did to have a positive postpartum experience after having a very hard postpartum with my daughter. This is a video I wish I had when I was a new mom who was struggling. I hope sharing my story helps someone.

  1. Dont feel guilty about having different experiences with different kids. (Mom of 4) There are so many things that go in to having Postpartum depression that are beyond our control. Its not boring fault. Just relish the better expirience thus time and include your daughter in the precious moments with her brother when appropriate now.

  2. I think this is so wonderful to share with new moms. I went through the same thing with my first baby. It’s such a huge change of life and hormonal changes make it so difficult. I wonder if you could share this with a midwife channel so they can hear it from a real mom vs. a midwife. Just my thoughts. Thank you for sharing your story. ❤❤❤❤
