Franchise Compatibility Assessment –
There's a single franchise location pulling in $35 million a year in revenue, and it's not a McDonald's, a Chick-fil-A, or any brand you'd expect. After 40 years on every side of franchising, including building a 26-location franchise that did $16 million in annual sales, I've learned that the most profitable franchises are almost never the ones with the loudest marketing.
In this video, I break down the five franchise categories that consistently produce the highest owner earnings, ranked in ascending order so you can see how each one builds on the last. More importantly, I show you the framework I use to evaluate franchise profitability so you stop confusing revenue with actual take-home income.
Here's what you'll learn:
– Why revenue is not profit, and the three numbers that actually matter (investment-to-return ratio, owner earnings, time to breakeven)
– Why home service franchises operating out of a van often outperform flashy retail concepts
– How commercial cleaning quietly prints money through recurring B2B contracts
– Why the demographics behind senior care make it one of the strongest growth categories of the next decade
– The specialty B2B services category most buyers never consider, where corporate executives have a built-in advantage
– What really drives food and beverage profitability, and why top operators build assets worth 5-7x annual earnings
– The single biggest mistake franchise buyers make when choosing a brand
Whether you're coming out of corporate, looking to diversify your investments, or planning your next chapter, this is the insider perspective most franchise buyers never get.
but how can i start ???

Get your credit up , save money for the next 4 years no spending pointless money on pointless things and then put a down payment once your money is right
How does the “Mobility City” franchise stack up? Is this a part of the “successful” group?
Not a fan of that brand. There are some good ones in their space. Happy to give you a hand if you want. Karl
Yeah, I don’t know how to run a business…
Hire someone who does.
Or just Google it and learn it. 80% of the job is just using some logic. Its not rocket science
Completely understandable. Take a look at this video, I think it will help you understand what you need. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JygcXMm1Uo Happy to help you if you like, Karl

My wife and bought into an ice cream franchise and we lost one million!
Holy smokes. Was it your first one and where was location?
let me guess… coldstone
Sorry to hear that. What brand so I can warn others? Karl
May be you are faking as half ltr of milk makes 2kgs of icecream tub then how can it cause loss may be due location or advertising
😂
This guy doesn’t make any money and making videos for views.. viewers anyways are not going to buy any franchise through him and still he do t understand this basic and blabbering forever..😂😂
Too much competition in home services. Getting leads is very expensive.
Franchise = buying your self a job
Man – I was surprised how much I liked this video!
The person making money on a franchise is the guy selling the franchise
Lots of tough business types here, with commercial janitorial probably being the only exception where you can “productize” your offering….but even with that one, you absolutely DO need to know about cleaning. If you run a business, whatever business it is, especially with a smaller team of less than ~30ish people, then you absolutely need to know how 95% of your business works, MINIMUM. Not doing so would be taking a MASSIVE risk.
Can you provide a review on insurance franchise
