This is still too early for business pitches…It would be a game changer if you could upload an image of a real property, and a character walks through the virtual property, opening doors and stuff, like a video game. Right now the prompt can never recreate an accurate representation of the property, but a photo would do exactly just that…Maybe that is what Genie 4 will do but right now this just seems to be a cool toy, IMHO
