   4. It also takes a king to raise a queen…. My dad (not biological) came into my life at 2 and I’m about to be 35 and he still calls me baby girl or his baby…. He’s made me into the woman I am. Militant. Firm. Hard working. Always learning. Confidence….. now I take care of my old boy. Anything he wants it’s his, I’ll never turn my back on him. He’s also a best friend of mine. One of the best things he’s done for me was be my voice, be a support system for me…. Even when my mom and I don’t see eye to eye… he’ll call out her wrong, or let her know I’m not wrong. I don’t have that in my mom so to have that with him….. money can’t buy

I really thought he was his biological father because he looks so much like his Dad until I saw his Mother and then I was confused until he explained the relationship. What a beautiful Father and Son relationship they have, just absolutely beautiful!

12. True love has no color. My parents split when I was young, my mom kicked me out when I was 16. My best friends family, a Caucasian family, took me in, treated me like a son, took me on vacations, helped me get my license, supported me and helped me go college and even gave me a job at their family carpet business. I’ll be forever grateful and I love stories like this.
