From one writer to another, I think you need to get out and smell the roses. This is not healthy.
I’m curious what you think is unhealthy? The fact that I’m walking while working? Am I somehow harming my body by moving it?
@MandiLynnWrites when your body gets tired of sitting, you stand-up, stretch, maybe go for a walk outside. Allow your mind to relax as well as your body. Listen to the natural signals of your body. Tiredness means time to stop. If we teach our body bad habits it learns to switch off the warning signals. Do not take this as criticism, my sister, but rather as brotherly advice ❤
I’m a mom of a toddler, I’m always tired. But I do rest. I just can’t explain my entire life into a short.
@MandiLynnWrites the trouble with toddlers is that they grow up. I have a 20 year old and a 17 year old. I look at them and wish I’d somehow invented a way of keeping them as toddlers. Best of luck with the momming, the writing and the keeping fit. You and all mothers have my full respect.
What she is doing is perfectly healthy. But, we can always be healthier.
Going outside for a walk (even with your toddler) could be beneficial, both physically and mentally. And let’s not forget about vitamin D.
See how much higher your engagement is when you get straight to the point?
