Writing 15,000 Words in One Week! ✨ Writing Vlog

Writing 15,000 Words in One Week! ✨ Writing Vlog // I'm officially full speed ahead writing this next novel! I have somewhat figured out when to write (during nap times) and I'm LOVING this book! It's possible it's one of the easiest books I've ever written just because I'm so in love with the story!

  1. This vlog was sweet and cosy and I love the explanation on writing while having a child. ❤ Congrats on all the words!

  2. Mom of 4 here. 100% agree. I tend to do one or the other: hyperfocus OR become a slug and do nothing 🤣

  3. I’ve really been getting into author planners and writer spreads. Could you explain your process in your spread and the kind of logic behind different decision that you’ve made and tried in it. I am struggling a bit to find out what is going to work for me so I have been really curious about other authors processes.

  4. Oh my god. This helped me so much with one of my fears. I want a kiddo so badly but I don’t want to lose writing. I was going to do it anyway but damn, I feel CALM hearing this. 6:10

  5. Yup. I 100% agree. Having my baby has made me SUPER productive during work sessions, all glory to God!

  6. Divorced mother of 2, here. Adjusting to not having them with me every other week was SO hard, at first. Now I take advantage of the time they’re with their dad, so I can enjoy them more when they’re here. But, yeah… We adapt. You’ve got this!

  7. Most days I’m waay more productive in a shorter time. But then there are days I can’t get anything done. It’s one or the other, no in between :p

  8. As a single parent, I am always amazed on how everything works out. Just when we think that it’s impossible, everything in a day almost works out. I hope everything is going well in your writing!

  9. Wow! I’m not a mom or even a wife, but I’m amazed at how much you’re able to get done with the time you have! And you know, I definitely think there’s some logic to what you said. I’m currently being pretty unproductive with my book, and it’s ironically, a pretty relaxed season of life where I should theoretically have all this time to write it. But in the past when I’ve been busier, it’s been easier to write my book and hyperfocus on it. I guess the moral of the story is that busyness isn’t always the enemy to creativity, huh? 🙃
