00:00 – Intro
01:35 – First Test: Automated Arbitrage
11:22 – Second test: Wedding Planning Automation
21:53 – Third Test: Chinese product sourcing

Key Points:
• Demonstration of Operator AI ($200/month) for automating business tasks and market research
• Using AI to find price arbitrage opportunities on Facebook Marketplace and eBay
• Automating wedding vendor inquiries and catering quotes
• Testing product sourcing automation through Chinese e-commerce sites
1) First example: AUTOMATED ARBITRAGE
They tested finding underpriced Ooni pizza ovens on Facebook Marketplace to flip on eBay.
• AI searches listings within 500 miles
• Automatically spots price discrepancies
• Creates spreadsheets of opportunities
• Can message sellers automatically
2) The arbitrage potential is HUGE
• Could build 6-7 figure automated business
• Works across ANY product category
• Leverages price differences between platforms
• Fully automated sourcing process
• Only $200/month for the AI tool
3) Second test: WEDDING PLANNING AUTOMATION
Had AI contact multiple caterers simultaneously:
• Automatically fills out contact forms
• Sets reasonable dates
• Manages follow-ups
• Creates instant price comparisons
Pro tip: Tell the AI to "move faster" – it actually works!
4) Third insight: PRODUCT SOURCING
Attempted to automate:
• Finding trending products on Chinese marketplaces
• Requesting free samples
• Creating accounts
• Managing vendor communications
Key learning: Some platforms block AI access!
5) BIGGEST TAKEAWAYS
• $200/month seems expensive but ROI potential is massive
• Early adopters will have huge advantages
• AI can replace virtual assistants for many tasks
• It's learning and improving in real-time
• Can run 24/7 autonomous operations
6) PRO TIPS FOR USING OPERATOR:
• Be direct and clear with commands
• Treat it like a smart but literal assistant
• Don't wait for it to be "perfect"
• Start simple and scale up
• Document what works
We're living in the future and most people don't even realize it.
The arbitrage opportunities with AI are MASSIVE right now.
Notable Quotes:
"I think this is one of the greatest arbitrage moments in business that we've ever seen." – Greg
"It's one thing to hear what Sam Altman says about how close we are to AGI… but then to see it just kind of go rogue, like just start Googling things, figuring stuff out… it's kind of breaking my frame." – Chris
Special Notes:
• The AI demonstrates learning behavior, similar to human trial and error
• $200/month subscription fee discussed as potentially undervalued given capabilities
• Multiple instances of Operator can be run simultaneously for scaled operations

what did you think of this episode? like/comment/subscribe for more of this in your feed
I had just watched Kris video on this earlier today lol
What integration are you using?
Most all the scams on marketplace are the “ship anywhere” ones. This is definitely not the business for Facebook. Great ideas to think about though!
Fun video but it’s not there yet.
Great turnaround time on getting Chris booked and getting this up!
The power of X
Just saw Chris doing this irt and now you have him here doing it again. Very nice!
I just really don’t see what people will do and what will exist. I spend way too much time in AI and these things are unreal.
Trust… You’ll get scammed loads or sellers won’t want to ship direct thinking it’s a scam or laziness. Then you’ll get banned on ebay.
that’s not true. i’ve done Dropshipping on ebay and fb marketplace many times and made decent money.
Of course, he’s a typical get rich quick shady shameless influencer I bet you he doesn’t make $500 a day, otherwise he’d be using his own course to build 10 bots to make him 5 grand a day 😂
If they do ship, you’re at their mercy for proper packing, timely shipping, etc…yeah this is not a good idea
@@anfieldreds_1892 u will get banned and not authorized reseller. Did before
@@tommy0814why stop at 10? Why not 100 or 10,000? Channel owner needs to update the description with on-going receipts for this title to be true.
The ability to run 24/7 autonomous operations gives early adopters a significant edge.
The plan is to do just that ✌️
until were all unemployed
i have a couple of questions:
1 can I prompt a bot to do trading if given specific parameters on what to look for?
2 Can it do arbitrage betting where it gets all the bets lined up for me to review then I pull the trigger?
3 Can I prompt a bot to mimic what other bots are doing, like truth terminal and the GOAT coin?
Can I ask it to call leads on a list and qualify them for me but without having it connected thru API on the CRM?
3 Can it generate by itself a complete marketing campaign of a product on social media, including the creation of the sales campaign, funnel, copy, creatives on meta by itself?
Can it create its own products and sell them by itself?
4 can it do multiple tasks at once?
why not?
You don’t need more than one account to have multiple operators. You can create a new separate session. You also don’t have to watch. They will send notifications if they get stuck or finish. You can go back and review at any point.
you’ve tried this?
Bro they don’t know that they’re still in the how do we spam Marketplace to make it unusable phase of this terrible idea. Facebook Marketplace is in its Death Grips as anytime you try to sell there’s 10 of these messages already offering you half the price and nobody is real
You could re-publish the item on another marketplace at a higher price, and if a buyer purchases it, the operator buys it and sends it to them. This way, you could have a re-sell store fully managed by the operator, handling all transactions, pricing adjustments, and logistics.
Or, you could leverage AI to study market trends and optimize pricing and demand predictions. An automated system could scan different marketplaces in real-time, identify arbitrage opportunities, and adjust prices accordingly.
At the end of the day, investors always make more money than owners and workers—why? Because they understand the flow of money and assets rather than just producing or selling. By using AI-driven automation, you’re not just running a business—you’re building a self-operating money-making machine.
I would like to know more about this.
There goes the economy.
Why is every new interesting tool obsessed over as the newest way to make money? Why do people need to turn nearly everything into a way to make money?
@@SubChannelEducation What else are you going to make it into? WMDs?
@@geeeee8268 How about a way to improve our world beyond simply making the “savvy and informed” more money?
LOL have not gotten the AIs to work as well as you have. i told Depseak to make post abut you video and got this back, This is such a clear and inspiring guide! 🌟 I loved how you broke down each step—especially emphasizing the importance of fresh beans and the water-to-coffee ratio. The French press demo was my favorite part; I tried it this morning and noticed a huge difference in flavor. Your tips on grind size and bloom time were revelations! Thanks for making home-brewing feel accessible and fun. Can’t wait to share this with my fellow coffee-loving friends. Keep the great content brewing!

Listen, my friend. I literally just had awow moment! I happen to be legally blind, and I have very rarely heard someone call out to their audio listeners! Thank you so much
😊
Bet you didn’t see that coming lol.
@@tyjohnston5889I don’t think he saw your comment coming 😅
These two guys are the most innovative on the internet!
You never showed a single thing on making 500 per day.. (just ideas) Great info, and kudos on that click bait it worked .. None the less, great content !! 👍
Also they chose to post their video using 480 pixels, or the lowest quality possible, so of course we cannot see the oven well or even read words on the ad.
@ I noticed that too !!
Exactly. He’s just helping create more spam in an already saturated market
He said 6 or 7 figures business doing arbitrage 😅😂
its 1080, maybe you uave data saver on or something@@TheVirginGary
When Operator dropped the first thing I thought was, “need Greg to do a video on this”
this is amazing. I am only in my first month of the $20 tier of chatgpt and it has changed my life. it tracks and organizes all of my projects. remembers multiple websites, the formats we’re playing with, etc. It writes code for me and chooses optimal color palettes, layout, themes, etc. I have had some hiccups with its capabilities but overall it has done nearly EVERYTHING i have asked of it. with the capabilities displayed in this video the possibilities are absolutely ENDLESS! thank you both for this eye opening video!
I have the 20$ subscription for over a year now. I use it mostly for q&a do you use it on mobile or pc iOS? I use mobile. I know I’m limiting myself but is it that much better on computer?
wait how does it organize ur projects, the ui doesn’t allow you to organize chats
You still use it after deepseek?
@@freedomtowander doesn’t matter
@@BrittanyAnneCohen he never said the ui lets you organise chats, he said it helps him track and organise his projects…
I loved watching the learning happen in real time. Seeing people who just have a smooth seamless system already is more demoralizing than helpful for me.
This was literally the best how to video I’ve watched. I love that you guys did it live and showed the mistakes. Cause that’s how to learn best how to use these tools
I’m a flipper of stuff. Stuff like books, kayaks, furniture, I never thought AI would be coming for my side hustle. Crazy world.
It’s not. All fields of work at all times in history have to innovate and learn and grow.
Or they die.
sounds like you can flip way faster now. congrats for having a head start vs the rest of the commenters here (majority not all)
How do you flip books??
I appreciate that this is open ended and Greg is in awe, thinking. Good stuff.
I’m 5 months delayed here, but thanks for having me on the pod, Greg!
